Bryon Robert Hart Smith was born on July 23, 1977. He went to Mound High School and graduated in 1995. He attended college at Gustavus Adolphus and graduated with a finance and geography major. He currently works at NRG in New Jersey trading energy. Bryon plays rugby for the Princeton, NJ team and loves sports in general.
Lisa Jean Perkins was born on May 5, 1980. She went to Wayzata High School and graduated in 1998. She attended the University of Minnesota-Morris and graduated with an Elementary Education and English major. She is the owner of The Image Author, her graphic design business. Lisa is also the leader of a local book club and loves to read books of any kind.
Bryon and Lisa met on December 7th, 2002. They both attended the party of a mutual friend. Bryon was distributing shots to all of his friends when Lisa walked by. Bryon said "Take a shot with us". Lisa took the shot and Bryon leaned over and said "I'm going to dance with you later". And he did.
Their first date was a few days later. Bryon picked Lisa up and they went to Figlio's in Uptown for dinner. Then they danced to Boogie Wonderland at the Fine Line in downtown Minneapolis.
And the rest is history...
